Mountain Valley Stables is located on the western edge of picturesque Loveland, Colorado and is situated on 70 acres of prime ranchland. Horseback riding in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains is a great way to truly get away from it all, even if it's just for a few hours. Your dependable horse will travel on trails that lead through hills and valleys, across beds of water, through uninhabited meadows, and along rocky ridges, scenery that Colorado is known for. You can design your own horseback ride in length and difficulty based on your experience level. Our spacious area and numerous trails are an added bonus to our valued clients. Remember to bring blue jeans and boots for the ride!
Mountain Valley Stables offers riding lessons for all ages and disciplines. Private or group lessons are available. One on one, private instruction allows us to customize training to your needs and helps the beginning or novice rider advance at their own pace. We emphasize a low stress, enjoyable training environment. We have experience with all age groups, toddlers through senior citizens, and all skill levels. Lessons are offered year round in both our indoor and outdoor arena. We also offer special bookings for parties and events. Be sure to take a look at what we have to offer in the way of Pet Therapy for area senior citizens as well!
